What is the return policy?
At REPLX, every item is made to order through our international print-on-demand partner.
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Incorrect sizing is treated as a change of mind unless the item is faulty.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law.
- You have a 14 days to return the item after receiving it
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Return postage and cost is the customer’s responsibility
- We will refund the item price once the return is received
We offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing issue.

When will I get my order?
At REPLX, we partner with a print-on-demand company to fulfil your orders. Because each item is custom printed and shipped directly to you, production and shipping is estimated at a total of 16-21 working days. Please note that this is an estimate, not guarantee. Delivery could take longer if affected by customs clearance, courier delays or incorrect shipping information.
How much does shipping cost?
At REPLX, every item is made to order through our international print-on-demand partner. Therefore, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, product size/weight, and shipping method.
All applicable standard duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout. Any additional charges, including but not limited to customs handling fees, local import surcharges, or fees applied by your country’s customs authority or courier that are not shown at checkout, are the responsibility of the recipient.
