Returns & Refunds Policy

At REPLX, every item is made to order through our international print-on-demand partner.

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Incorrect sizing is treated as a change of mind unless the item is faulty.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law.

  • You have a 14 days to return the item after receiving it
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Return postage and cost is the customer’s responsibility
  • We will refund the item price once the return is received

We offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing issue.

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

We accept return or refund requests only if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.

• You receive the wrong product, print, or design.

• There is a clear printing or production error.

Requests for return or replacement must be made within 7 days of arrival.
To begin a return or replacement request, please contact us at info@replx.co.uk and include:

• Your order number.

• A brief description of the issue.

• Clear photos showing the problem.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind.

• Items damaged through wear and tear or misuse.

• Items damaged in transit. 

•Minor adjustments in print colour or quality.


Order Cancellations

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept order cancellations as your order enters production and cannot be modified or cancelled.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We’ll confirm your shipping details and work with our print-on-demand supplier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement if necessary.
