Shipping Policy
At REPLX, we partner with a print-on-demand supplier to fulfil your orders. Because each item is custom printed and shipped directly to you, please read the following shipping guidelines carefully.
Production & Fulfilment
• Orders placed are printed and packed on demand. According to our print-on-demand partner, production time is typically 4-6 working days depending on the product and quantity.
• After production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout.
Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
• We ship worldwide (subject to local restrictions)
• Estimated shipping time after production is approximately 12-15 working days, excluding local holidays.
• This means that total production and shipping is estimated at 16-21 working days.
• Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery could take longer if affected by customs clearance, courier delays or incorrect shipping information.
Tracking & Communication
• Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its movement.
• If you have not received your package within 21 working days from the shipping confirmation, please contact us so we can work with our print-on-demand supplier and the courier to investigate.
Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, product size/weight, and shipping method.
• You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees incurred in your country. These are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Accuracy
• Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct. Delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details may result in additional fees or reshipment. These fees will have to be covered by the customer.
Delays & Lost Packages
• If your shipment is delayed, lost or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can liaise with our print-on-demand supplier and the courier to resolve the issue.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, strikes or other circumstances outside our (or print-on-demand suppliers) control.
Notes for Customers
• Because items are made to order, we do not assume liability for delays beyond the estimates given.
• We recommend allowing up to 30 working days for international destinations in case of production, transit or customs hold-ups.
