4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders typically require 16-21 working days for production. Actual times may vary depending on order volume, seasonal demand, or supplier workload.
4.2 Dropshipping & Third-Party Fulfilment
All items are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand supplier. As such:
- Production and shipping timelines may vary.
- Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.
- We do not hold physical inventory.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times depend on destination, carrier, and supplier processing. Once an order is shipped, we provide tracking information when available.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Customs processing times
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because each product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor variations in print or colour
